- This was my first time buying a house so I had no idea what I was doing, luckily my friend referred Enrique and I can't thank both of them enough. Enrique is so easy to work with, he actually listens to you and is very patient which is good because there is no pressure to get something you don't want. Enrique wants you to be happy with your purchase just as much as you want to be, he actually cares. I couldn't believe that he was there anytime I needed him, he always had answers to every question and was on top of everything right away. He works hard and is very professional yet friendly. Enrique is very good at his job, his persiverance is incredible, he really wants you to get what you want and will do it. I sold 2 of my houses with Vegas Flat Fee (one I was occupying and the other was a rental property) , both of my houses were previously listed with another agent as a traditional listing and were not sold. I researched flat fee services in Las Vegas and I decided to go with Enrique because although you pay upfront his packages are much more affordable. I loved that I was dealing with him one on one the entire time. He was transparent, no hidden fees, no weird let me meet you in person to better explain pricing.. it is all clearly described and priced right on his website. I used the gold package for the home I was occupying and the platinum for the rental property that had long term tenants due to the international TV coverage that package offers and I could have NOT been happier with my decision. I SAVED OVER 75,000 and both of my houses sold within weeks of each other. Enrique and his team is worth every penny. He is super professional, always answered all my calls, emails, if not immediately in a very timely manner. You can not go wrong selling your home with him, I will be raving about his services to anyone and everyone that needs to sell their home .
