We will list your Rental property on the MLS and over 100 syndicated Real Estate website for a period of 6 months.  You will get all the benefits of marketing your rental property PLUS MORE..... for a fraction of the hiring a property management company.  Our upfront Non-refundable fee is $499.00.  Aside from that you will have to pay the agent/broker that procures the tenant, usually from a another real estate firm.  We recommend a cooperating commission in the range of ($250-$400) for lower end properties and ($2500-$4000) for higher end properties.  These amounts are left at your discretion.  Our service is a courtesy listing ONLY because we are NOT property managers.  Our service is strictly focused on marketing your Rental Property utilizing the same marketing tools as property management companies do PLUS MORE.
